פַּארְקֵי עִיר
City Parks
בָּעִיר יֵשׁ הַרְבֵּה פָּארְקִים.
In the city there are many parks.
הַפָּארְק הוּא מָקוֹם יָפֶה וְשָׁקֵט.
The park is a beautiful and quiet place.
בַּפָּארְק יֵשׁ דֶּשֶׁא יָרֹק, עֵצִים גְּבוֹהִים וּפְרָחִים צִבְעוֹנִיִּים.
In the park there is green grass, tall trees, and colorful flowers.
אֲנָשִׁים אוֹהֲבִים לָלֶכֶת לַפָּארְק בְּשַׁבָּת וּבַחֹפֶשׁ.
People like to go to the park on Shabbat and on holidays.
יֵשׁ מִשְׂחָקִים לַיְלָדִים, וְיֵשׁ סַפְסָלִים לַמְּבֻגָּרִים.
There are games for children, and there are benches for adults.
פְּעָמִים אֲנָשִׁים עוֹשִׂים פִּיקְנִיק וְאוֹכְלִים יַחַד.
Sometimes people have a picnic and eat together.
אֲחֵרִים רוֹכְבִים עַל אוֹפַנַּיִם אוֹ הוֹלְכִים לָרוּץ.
Others ride bicycles or go running.
הַפָּארְק נוֹתֵן לָעִיר אֲוִיר נָקִי וּמָקוֹם לְנֻחָה.
The park gives the city clean air and a place to rest.
