בַּיִת חָכָם הוּא בַּיִת שֶׁמִּשְׁתַּמֵּשׁ בְּטֶכְנוֹלוֹגְיָה כְּדֵי לַעֲזוֹר לָאָדָם.

יֵשׁ גַּם מַעֲרֶכֶת חוּם וְקוֹר שֶׁשּׁוֹלְטִים בָּהּ מֵהַמִּטָּה.
There is also a heating and cooling system that can be controlled from the bed.
כָּךְ הַחַיִּים נַעֲשִׂים קַלִּים יוֹתֵר וְנֹחִים יוֹתֵר.
